TruForm Tailors is a mobile app designed to simplify custom clothing for plus-sized men through body scanning and tailored measurement tools. As tech lead, I guided the architecture, backend development, and integration with services like Firebase and Stripe, while mentoring teammates and ensuring smooth collaboration across the stack. This MVP was built in close partnership with a product owner, with weekly check-ins to translate his vision into a functioning application. The result was a fully demoable product that balanced user experience, technical feasibility, and business needs.

I have built the DaviSCo website from the ground up to showcase my portfolio and skills as a developer and consultant. This project demonstrates my expertise in modern web technologies, including responsive design, dynamic content, and optimized performance. The site is designed to provide a seamless user experience while highlighting my professional journey and technical capabilities.

In order to keep track of R&D time spent, I took the existing template that users were already familiar with and added VBA buttons in order to add consistency and ease of setup. Managers were able to add user pages automatically and access is locked based on the AD user to properly enter time. Approval is also locked to only be accessible by supervisors as outlined in AD. This project saved hours of setup time every fiscal year, and the consistency allowed for easy summary reporting for the tax department.
